Congratulations on the district’s “Recognized” TEA Accountability rating!! The entire community is responsible for making this possible. Let’s keep up the hard work and strive for even greater things for our district. Many factors go into our rating and our best can always be better!

Our desire is to become a bearer of educational standards for not only our community but also for the region and state. The School Board has developed a mission statement to reflect that desire. This mission is to “create a safe, nurturing community, empowering all students to reach their full potential and become responsible, productive citizens by providing opportunities for their success.”

This summer has been a summer of changes – all of which bring an exciting new outlook to the new school year! As we begin the 2010-2011 school year, our district’s #1 responsibility is our students – their education, well-being and safety. Let’s have a great year!!
