On behalf of Haskell CISD I welcome you to our electronic web-world. We are striving to make this webpage a window into our daily school life. No matter how many times you have visited us before, we hope you learn something new each time.

We are very proud of our students and staff and our district’s successes. This school year already we have won several prestigious academic awards.

• Texas Business Coalition Outstanding Schools
• US News and World Reports Bronze Designation as an outstanding High School
• Texas Monthly Recognition for the Haskell Elementary Science Program
• UIL district Elementary Academic Champions

Additionally, we also sent three student teams to the State Competition for FFA LDE. These include Ag Issue, Junior Parliamentary and Jr. Farm Skills. The Jr. Farm Skills team finished 2nd at the State Contest. We have also captured our second straight football district championship and have stretched our playoff run to a school record number of seasons.

Our Desire is to become a bearer of educational standards for not only our community but also for the region and state. The School Board has developed a mission statement to reflect that desire. This mission is to “create a safe, nurturing community, empowering all students to reach their full potential and become responsible, productive citizens by providing opportunities for their success.”
