Students at the VoTech Center @ Rochester recently completed an OSHA 10-hour General Industry Certification. Graduates of the course learned the safety and requirements for Industry. Topics such as Personal Protective Equipment, Laws and Regulations, Electrocution, Fall and Fire Prevention, Blood-borne Pathogens, Ergonomics, Emergency Planning, and others were covered. Students also had to pass fourteen tests over these areas. Those listed in the captions mastered the requirements and thus received certification.
