Substitute Positions at Haskell CISD

The daily rate for a substitute with a bachelor's degree is $80 per day.  The daily rate for a substitute without a degree is $70 per day.  When a teacher substitute has worked in the same position for 10 consecutive days, the pay is $110 per day.  The rate for all cafeteria and maintenance substitutes is $8.75 per hour. 

All substitute applicants must be fingerprinted prior to being employed, according to Texas state law.  In order to have this process started, please complete the substitute application below and submit it online or mail it to Haskell CISD, PO Box 937, Haskell, Texas 79521.

High School Campus:

Position Title:  High School English Teacher

 

Haskell HS is seeking a Texas certified English teacher to teach English 1 and English 3.  This teacher will also facilitate one dual credit ENGL 1301/1302 section.  The teacher should be motivated, organized, and will be expected to use instructional methods appropriate for various levels of learning.  HHS employs an excellent team of teachers who work together to help make our students successful both in and out of the classroom.  Our new teacher will be joining a great team. 
 
HCISD will have a modified school calendar for the 2024-2025 school year.  The fall semester will be a 5-day school week schedule, and the spring semester will be a 4-day school week schedule.  HCISD is in the application stage of the Teacher Incentive Allotment.

Position Title: Full Time Bus Driver

 Haskell CISD is now accepting applications for a full bus driver at Haskell High School. CDL is required. You will have to undergo a criminal background check through the Texas DPS. You may pick up an application at the Haskell CISD Administration Office at 605 N. Ave. E or go online at www.haskell.esc14.net or www.esc14.net. Applications will be accepted for the next 45 days.
